For PODA, Yacht House was a challenge to create a building with elegant, avant-garde and unique image that tries to redefine the meaning of a life of modern luxury.

What differentiates Yacht House from a similar construction is the design process, result of a multi-parameter optimization which includes morphological analysis and environmental simulations applied not only in the morphology, but through the process involved in the design of the building in which the shape and aesthetics respond intrinsically to the environment and performance of the building. We use state-of-the-art technology to predict, model and simulate the final product. With this we create a unique product with its own identity.
