Slyvie Lane addresses the need for southern exposure by bringing the backyard to the street side. A wall of thin cedar bands separates the private entry with the pool area. Cedar “screens” also veil the enclosed southern deck on the second floor and offers privacy for the outdoor shower area off the upstairs master bedroom. This modern home also incorporates the latest smart home and energy features that are standard with every Modern Net Zero home and which allow for luxurious and guilt-free living.
