Perched atop the Balcones neighborhood, the Mountain Top Residence is surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the Colorado River and the picturesque hillsides to the west. On the eastern horizon, the iconic Mount Bonnell and the downtown skyline of Austin provide a dramatic backdrop, making it an idyllic place to call home. At the heart of Mountain Top Residence’s design philosophy is the concept of connection to the natural environment, and balancing privacy and peace with the neighborhood context.
