Weekend Reading 2.21.21

Today I?m in Santa Cruz with three of my besties, we planned a girls getaway weekend to break away from our routines. We?re watching sunsets and laughing a lot, it?s a much needed escape after a long isolated winter.
Demo starts next week on my fixer upper after escrow closes on Monday. I?ll share some before pics soon and where my thought process is for the renovation. The goal is to flip it within four to five months so I?ll be busy!
