Photo & Design: Anthology Interiors SHOP THE LOOK:  I must admit, my yearly interior design trends prediction posts are my very favourite to put together every January. I love taking a moment to pause and reflect on where we’ve been, and taking note on what’s sparking my fancy going forward. While I may not be taking on interior design work of my own at this very moment, the time off has given me the added bonus to take a step back and observe what my talented colleagues are doing from afar. There is so much goodness to come in the design world, and I can’t wait to see it all unfurl. While all of them were most definitely in the spotlight that year, I still love the vast majority, which is always a good sign! checkerboard floors Be still my beating heart. Checkerboard floors are hot right now, with the added bonus of being rooted in timelessness.
