It?s Christmas Eve Eve! Time for me to finish wrapping the last of the presents and celebrate! I?ve got a light menu planned during the day since we?re going out to eat on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We will be driving around looking at Christmas lights and popping in to see a few friends.

 
I?m feeling extra nostalgic because this is likely the last Christmas we will celebrate in this house. We?ve raised the family here but now we?re ready to move on. My daughter is off to college next year and my family will be looking for a fresh start.
This has been our home for twenty years so it?s bittersweet to be celebrating the season one last time in this space.
I want to say thank you to all of you who visit this blog and remain regular subscribers. You inspire me to keep writing and creating and I?m so grateful for all of you. Even though we?ve never met, you are all very special to me. I appreciate the comments and the encouraging words you share.
For those who celebrate, I wish you the merriest Christmas with your family and friends. I?ll be taking a few days off but I?ll be back next week with a roundup of lessons learned from 2021, it was an interesting year for sure!
