There’s no denying interior designer Michael Penney of Penney & Company is a fan of blue…his family’s home in Oshawa, Ontario is brimming with watery hues! I especially love it decked out for the holidays as seen in Style at Home with photographs by Donna Griffith. There are charming details around every corner, but my favorite space has to be the delightful blue-filled kitchen above. The space is original to the older home, but I love how the designer updated it with marble countertops, a subway tile backsplash, hexagonal floor tiles, new hardware and of course the fresh paint on the cabinets (Farrow & Ball Borrowed Light)!
