CASA Otti designed by Arabella Rocca is the apartment of a young family, 150 sqm in the penthouse of an elegant residential complex in the northwest quadrant of the city of Rome. Photography by Arabella Rocca.

The main rooms are characterized by large windows overlooking green terraces that can be seen longitudinally from the entire house . The apartment is visually divided in two by an anthracite gray element into which is grafted a terracotta-colored cube that hides a striking guest bathroom. The presence of the cube generates two openings that from the living room lead one to the sleeping area and the other to the kitchen and service rooms.
The project is distinguished by the interplay of geometric lines and contrasting colors.
